Sue was born in a military hospital in Berlin, Germany originally and then schooled at Upton-by-Chester. Leaving school she attended a 4 year course to become a social worker, after passing her 2 year preliminary certificate in social work. She helped out at the local dental practice while waiting for her next course to start and this is where her career path changed in 1986 becoming qualified dental nurse in 1988.
To further her career and clinical skills she qualified at Liverpool Dental Hospital as a Dental Hygienist in 1993
She then joined White Friars in 1995, her portfolio includes scaling and polishing and advanced non-surgical periodontal therapy (gum therapy)(maintenance of periodontal disease) Sue is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health and making anxious/nervous patients feel at ease. This helps her achieve the best treatment outcomes possible for her patients.
Away from the practice, Sue enjoys holidays, cycling and walks with her beloved border collie Murphy. Recently Sue became interested in the science behind DNA and became registered with ancestry.com where she was matched up with her long lost brother, who have recently been reunited.
